Steven E. Greenberg
Steve is a CPA recognized for his understanding of the intricate financial workings of both large and small companies. His experience is diverse including SEC reporting, internal auditing, Sarbanes Oxley compliance and operational management for Fortune 500 Companies. In addition he has been involved with all aspects of start-up and small sized companies, including cash management, system and procedural implementations and strategic planning. Steve has more than 20 years of business experience.
Robert M. O’Connor
Bob is an MBA and CPA with over 25 years of financial and operational experience. He has comprehensive, executive experience in senior-level planning, administration, and direction of high technology companies. Bob’s experience includes strategic planning, business process engineering, system implementation, Sarbanes Oxley and DCAA compliance, as well as accounting oversight for line operations. In addition, Bob has successfully managed post-merger integration issues for both large and small acquisitions.
Jeffrey V. Pirone
A highly sought after expert in the business, Jeff brings over 25 years of experience to BFG. He has assisted many companies in completing private placements and public equity and debt offerings. His merger and acquisition experience includes over 25 successful transactions. Additionally, Jeff is a member of the American Institute of CPA's teaching faculty, where he offers education on the reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and compliance requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley. Jeff is a CPA.
Kenneth H. Sunshine
Ken is a Wharton MBA with over 20 years of financial experience. He has extensive financial expertise in the aerospace industry, serving as CFO and an integrated member of senior management at a variety of aerospace and defense and other high-technology companies. His comprehensive skills in finance, operations and strategic planning have been developed by working with a variety of companies, from small start up ventures to large public companies. Ken brings an outstanding understanding of equity and debt offerings, business planning and modeling, and mergers and acquisitions. Ken began his career as an aerospace engineer.
