Steven E. Greenberg, Principal
Steve is a CPA recognized for his understanding of the intricate financial workings of both large and small companies. His experience is diverse including SEC reporting, internal auditing, Sarbanes Oxley compliance and operational management. Steve has been involved with all aspects of start-up and small sized companies, including cash management, system and procedural implementations and strategic planning. Steve has more than 20 years of business experience.
Jeffrey V. Pirone, Principal
Jeff is a CPA and brings over 30 years of experience to BFG. In addition to his accounting expertise in areas such as revenue recognition and derivatives accounting, he has assisted many companies in completing private placements and public equity and debt offerings. His merger and acquisition experience includes over 25 successful transactions. Jeff is a member of the American Institute of CPA's teaching faculty, where he offers education on the reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and compliance requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley.
Robert M. O’Connor, Principal (retired)
Bob is an MBA and CPA with over 30 years of financial and operational experience. He has comprehensive, executive experience in senior-level planning, administration, and direction of high technology companies. Bob’s experience includes strategic planning, business process engineering, system implementation, Sarbanes Oxley and DCAA compliance, as well as accounting oversight for line operations. In addition, Bob has successfully managed post-merger integration issues for both large and small acquisitions.
